If you ignore your goal or trying to deny your pain

Set realistic goals. Most people heal slowly. Some people do not stabilize and further progress. Whatever is your situation, set attainable, realistic goals for their health. If you feel frustrated or having trouble reaching your goal, a more achievable goal. Be gentle with yourself; healing process often in small ways.
If you ignore your goal or trying to deny your pain, and in behavior, diet or activity aggravates that your condition, you are sabotaging yourself.
